Gifting Details:

  1. Choose the gift subscription length
    Select a 3-, 6-, or 12-month gift. Each option includes coffee at our subscription discount price—plus shipping and applicable taxes. Your giftee pays nothing.

  2. Add your recipient’s contact information
    We’ll reach out to them directly when it’s time to claim their gift.

  3. Pick when they receive their gift notification
    Choose the date you’d like your giftee to be notified by email. They’ll get a message letting them know they’ve received a gift and how to redeem their subscription.

  4. Giftee controls their subscription
    Once they redeem their credits, your giftee can choose coffee blend, grind size,  delivery address, & delivery frequency. They can easily update these preferences anytime through their subscription portal.

  5. Gift is delivered as prepaid credits
    Your giftee receives credits they can use toward any subscription setup they prefer. Unused credits can go toward future subscription orders.

    Any or all remaining credits can be refunded upon request.

When your order contains one-time products AND subscription products the shipping rate will defer to the highest shipping tier between the two based on your order size. To avoid shipping fees on your subscription order, place it separately from your one-time orders. 

Also, the $70 free shipping threshold must be met by subscription products only. One-time product costs will not stack with subscription product costs to reach the $70 free shipping threshold

Common Subscription Questions

How can I cancel my subscription?

You're in control. No contracts, no long-term commitments. We'll never lock you in to a subscription you can't get out of, so we made it super simple to cancel, all online (of course you can call us if you want!).

Simply CLICK HERE TO LOGIN using the same email address you placed your first subscription order with.

You will then have the option to click 'Cancel' or make any additional changes to your subscription order, such as skipping a delivery, pausing your subscription, rescheduling, or changing your roast.

What if I don't use it fast enough?

Easily pause, skip, or delay your next order. You’ll never end up with more coffee than you want.

What happens if I run out of coffee before my next order?

If you see you're running low and your next order isn't set to ship in time you can quickly and easily login and select "Send Now" to automatically process your next order and get it shipped out to your ASAP.

Then changing the frequency of your order is just as easy under “Manage Subscriptions."

How often will my subscription arrive?

Your subscription will be shipped according to the schedule you selected when you first started your subscription - the options being every 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 weeks.

What if I want a different coffee next month?

There are no limits to how often you change up which blend or bag size you get each delivery and changing is simple in your customer portal.

Click here to login using the same email address you placed your first subscription order with where you can update any of your active subscriptions under "Manage Subscriptions”.

How will I know when my next order is coming?

3 days before every subscription order is set to charge your account, you will receive an email notification so you can make any changes you need like swapping blends, rescheduling, or skipping.

What if I’m going on vacation or don’t need it for a while?

Skip a shipment and put a delay on the next order so you're not getting any coffee when you're not at home.

Or, if you're gone for an extended time, you can change your shipping address and we'll send you your bag anywhere in the continental U.S.!
