How does the coffee donation model work?
- We cover our labor and costs of goods. Once those costs are met, all additional sales are donated directly back to your event or cause. The more coffee served, the greater the impact.
Do guests pay per drink or is it prepaid?
Both! We are flexible and can tailor the setup to your event. Guests can pay per drink at the truck, or you can choose a prepaid option where coffee is covered for your attendees. We will work together to find the best fit for your event goals and gues experience.
Is my event a good fit?
- If you are hosting an event with a cause, community focus or desire to give back the chances are yes, we are a good fit. Coffee for good is a great fit for fundraisers, schools, nonprofits, community gathers and purpose driven corporate events. Will the Bean Bus fit at my Location? (bus dimensions)
- Needs 25 ft x 10 ft of space
- No Hook Ups needed - we will roll in with everything we need to serve your event. If you have Shore power hook up available that would be greatly appreciated

We keep our menu limited to keep lines moving and costs low so we can make the most impact when giving back.
Coffee as a Force for Good
We always source our coffee fair trade and pay an extra 3 cents for every pound to an impact fund that supports farming communities and invests in environmental initiatives.
