Moccamaster Giveaway Terms
LARRY'S COFFEE MOCCAMASTER GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The promotion is sponsored by Larry's Beans, Inc. d/b/a Larry's Coffee, located at 1507 Gavin Street, Raleigh, NC 27608 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be advertised.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Timing
The promotion begins on September 28, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends on November 5, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the giveaway sign-up form.
- Email sign-up: one (1) entry
- Opting in to receive SMS/text marketing messages during entry: nine (9) additional entries, for ten (10) entries total
Limit of one (1) entry method per person; multiple sign-ups using the same email address, phone number, or on behalf of another person will be disqualified. Message and data rates may apply for SMS opt-in. Consenting to SMS marketing is not required to enter and will not be required to win; opting in only affects entry count.
5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
One (1) winner will receive one (1) MoccaMaster Drip Coffee Maker, one (1) MoccaMaster Grinder, and one (1) 2 lb bag of Larry's Coffee coffee. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $772. Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable; no cash or prize substitutions are allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 6, 2026, supervised by the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Publicity and Data Privacy
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal data collected (such as email addresses and phone numbers) will be used solely for administering the promotion, selecting the winner, and, where consented to, for Sponsor's ongoing email/SMS marketing, in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage arising out of participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
