We think you'll love our beans. If you don't, let us know within 30 days and we'll do our best to make it right. Since coffee is perishable, we can't accept returns. But if something isn't right with your order, we're happy to send a different roast, issue a refund, or find another way to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please reach out to info@larryscoffee.com as soon as you can. Including a photo can help us resolve the issue faster.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
We can't offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Timing
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@larryscoffee.com.
