This lot features the Orange Bourbon variety—a rare, naturally mutated Bourbon strain—processed using a Carbonic Maceration Washed method. Carefully selected coffee cherries undergo a dual fermentation in their own juices, creating a controlled, CO2-rich environment that enhances clarity and complexity.
