Natural and honey processed coffee beans are aged for six to eight weeks in bourbon or whiskey barrels, then roasted in small batches to create a coffee that is rich, complex, and decadent. These casked coffees are full-bodied with a never-ending finish that give notes of dark amber maple syrup, charred oak, dutched cocoa, and toasted malt. 

This batch was aged in a 4 year old Dettling® American Oak #3 char barrel.
