Grown and fermented in Marcala, Honduras - this coffee has all of the right flavors for a crisp autumn day. Light and sweet notes of melon and sugar give way to a chocolate and dried fruit finish. You'll enjoy this coffee any time of day!

Roasting Notes

Sweet maple syrup, savory and light honeydew melon, and cascading chocolate and raisin on the finish. You might also taste hints of citrus and turbinado sugar.
