Coop Coffees helped us source a coffee from Chiapas, from a group called Enjambre Cafetalero. Enjambre Cafetalero (which roughly translates to “swarm of coffee producers”) is a cooperative society located in the region known as the “La Franja de Oro” or "the Golden Belt" of coffee, located in the borderlands with Guatemala, in the municipio of Amatenango la Frontera. With the help of non-profit organization Impacto Café, the group was able to become organically certified in 2017. We are bringing in their first container of organic coffee shipped to the USA.
